Raw Applesauce

I got this recipe from a Vita-Mix e-book and we tried it out.  It was a hit with all the children!  And Mama liked that it was raw food, uncooked!

Raw Applesauce:
1- Take 4 apples and remove stems and seeds (pssst… eating the seeds of organic apples is a great source of Vitamin B 17, which fights cancer!)

2- Add apples, 1 tsp Lemon Juice, and 1/4 tsp Cinnamon (if desired) to blender (I have a Vita-Mix and it did well).

3- Blend until desired consistency.  Done!
