Money Saving Mom recently posted this recipe and I tried it out. It’s really good! We ate it plain, but would go good with a healthy icecream. 🙂
Here’s how I made it, but feel free to click on over to see how MSM makes it:
1 1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 – 3/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
Mix all ingredients together, except for the berries. Sprinkle half of the oat mixture on the bottom of an 8×8 pan. Sprinkle berries over. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubble and lightly browned. Serve warm or cold.
