Mmm… salted, grilled veggies! Here’s a combo we recently tried that was scrumptious. Mix and match and use whatever veggies you like best.
Mushrooms- We used Fresh, Whole Crimini Mushrooms
Red Onion- Cut in large square-shaped pieces
Red Bell Pepper- Cut in large square-shaped pieces
Zucchini- Cut in thick circles
Yellow Squash- Cut in thick circles
Grill all veggies in a saute pan, then stick them on a skewer stick. Add salt.
(Layer Example: Red Pepper, Onion, Mushroom, Zucchini, Onion, Red Pepper, Mushroom, Squash, Onion, Red Pepper, Mushroom, etc.
Mmm, grilled red onions are so sweet, red pepper is delicious, fresh mushrooms can’t be beat. Of course, you can grill these like normal people, but we don’t even own a grill, so we just sautee them, then eat!
